What’s your favorite story/memory about working for Molinos Tres Castillos?
When I started in this business, I didn’t know much about it. I thought that selling flour was as easy as the other products I previously managed. Then, I found out I was wrong and that I had to work harder to be able to learn and give results in a short period of time. This learning process made me love my company and the business, which is critical to be successful in this business.
What important values do you think Molinos Tres Castillos delivers on?
We have a great balance between our professional and personal lives, and our company supports it. We always work hard to give exceptional results, but we also have time to take care of ourselves and our families. The company is always looking forward to keeping this balance.
What surprised you the most about the job or its location?
I was used to working in global companies, then I started to work in this company where I had the opportunity to transform and create new and better things. I was surprised by how open-minded the board members were to new ideas and projects, especially in a family-owned company that is more than 150 years old.

I love to spend time with my wife and daughters, either playing in the park or building things with the LEGOs – my kids favorite game. Also, I love to watch Netflix series and read historic or biographical stories.
I’m a great cook. I love to spend time in the kitchen cooking, especially on the weekend and holidays.
