I am the Sr. International Financial Reporting Analyst at SOTG at their headquarters in Kansas City.

How long have you been employed with SOTG?

Since May 2015.

What is your history/career path prior to Seaboard?

I worked at KPMG for two and a half years, and before that I worked at a criminal law firm for four years.

What are your current responsibilities?

I am responsible for preparing and reporting on affiliate financials, among other responsibilities.

What do you enjoy most about working for Seaboard?

I enjoy working with extremely committed and hardworking individuals. I also enjoy learning from some of the smartest employees at Seaboard.

What’s your favorite story/memory about working for Seaboard?

My favorite memories about working Seaboard include all the travel I have done and the different diversity of people around the world I have met along the way that are associated with Seaboard. Specific to the KC office, I love Cinco de Mayo here at Seaboard for reasons most of you may know – thanks HR!

What surprised you the most about your job or its location?

What surprised me the most about Seaboard and its affiliates was the diversity within the dynamics of the business.

How do you spend your free time? What do you like to do in the city where you live?

I spend most of my free time with family and friends. Also, I love to travel, shop, be outdoors, play softball, roller blade and eat out…a lot. Specifically, I like to take advantage of Restaurant Week each year. I also enjoy the KC Symphony each year around the holidays.

What is your hidden talent? Or something most people don’t know about you?

I like to think one of my hidden talents is how great of a cook I am. I believe it is a hidden talent because most times, I am eating out or eating someone else’s cooking.
