Our premium brands, PaniPlus and GalliTop, are the only flours in Ecuador to receive international recognition from the International Taste Institute (ITI).

B2C Segment

In the B2C segment, we offer a range of culinary solutions through our top-of-mind brand, “YA,” which includes packaged flour, premixes, and oats. Our “Moderna” brand represents our packaged bread line. For pasta, we have the “Santorino” and “Fideos Cayambe” brands. YA, Moderna, Santorino, and Cayambe are beloved household products.
