RSP Processing is a soya processing plant with the capacity to process up to 700 tons of soybeans per day. We are a passionate processing plant located in Bronkhorstspruit, Gauteng, striving to be extraordinary in everything we do. RSP Processing aims for consistency and excellence in all aspects of business, from administration to logistics. With some of the best imported technology and a well-designed layout, RSP Processing gains a competitive advantage in the market. Our goal is to produce soybean meal, crude oil, and hulls of consistent quality that meet international standards.

RSP Processing is a plant specializing in soya extraction. To date, our main product offering has been soya oil cake, primarily used in animal feed, thus focusing on the animal feed industry. Our plant is of European origin, allowing RSP Processing to offer products that meet and comply with international quality standards. We do not compromise on quality and consistency.

RSP Processing originated as a division within the RussellStone Group. It is now operated as a joint venture between Seaboard and Willowton. Sourcing sufficient, high-quality soybeans and having consistent loading schedules and logistics available are critical to our operations and success.

Our greatest strength is our flexibility. We work with a team of enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to ensure that deliveries meet customer demand. Additionally, we have the required management expertise to project manage complete contracts. RSP Processing currently operates from its offices in Bronkhorstspruit, where most of its day-to-day operations are managed.
